Here at Envoy we believe in the power of prayer. Because of this, we seek God’s guidance and direction through prayer in all that we do as a church and in all aspects of our daily lives. You are not alone in your situation! The staff, elders, and Prayer Team at Envoy are always available to call on God for those in need. Please share your requests with us so that we can stand alongside you in prayer. If you need some additional support, let us know so we can help you get connected with others here at Envoy who understand your struggle and can offer hope.
If you need prayer, please share the prayer request form on this page.
You may add your prayer request to our prayer wall using the form below. Once your prayer request is received, we will share it according to your instructions. Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! Please pray for my upcoming doctors appointment on Thursday. This is a big week for me, I seen God’s hand in this journey. Pray for wisdom for the doctors. This week could be the beautiful ending to a very long journey. Prayer for my health as we go through a time in our village. Patience, love and waiting on the Lord. My wonderful stepfather fell in AZ on June 22 and by June 27 had died. This has left my 90-year-old mother completely devastated and accelerated her dementia. I have been with her almost continuously since the end of June but now am home for a short time and trying to make some intelligent decisions while I am out of the "pressure cooker". My mother's ongoing and adamant request is that she be "allowed to stay in my home". It is 4000 square feet with a huge yard and ridiculous marble floors but it is her safe place and the place she was happy with my stepfather so we are trying to honor that. There are three very agreeable and attentive stepbrothers involved as well as my brother and me and a second brother who has pretty much left the family. There is some pressure from several family members to "move her into a facility". I don't think I can live with that. Right now we have a patchwork of palliative care, Visiting Angels, amazing neighbors and family stopping by as able. But I've been home three days and three medical appointments have already popped up. Because I have taken care of my mother off and on for major illnesses since 2005 I know the backstory, the shorthand of how she gestures when she is too tired to talk (she has a laryngectomy), who her doctors and meds are, etc. Because of this no one can take as good care of her as I can. I have said for some time that if I weren't raising my 12-year-old granddaughter here in CO I would just pack up and go. But I think God is telling me that arrangements can be made here and that I should go if my mother really only has a few months. (The palliative care nurse said she did not expect her to be here by the end of the year.) Being gone from home for long periods of time leaves HUGE gaps for my CO family but perhaps they are not as insurmountable as I have been telling myself. I need prayers for God to show me where he wants me when and how to prop up the other pieces. (Sorry for the novella:) After extensive. back surgery of fusion on 9 vertebra, bone graft on 3 levels and some other back surgery items on July 12th I am in a rehab facility. I have been confined to laying flat all the time due to severe migraine headaches with nausea and vomiting which is an indication of a spinal fluid leak. Pray that the surgeon will make the right decision to the next step in my recovery. God is in control of my life and I ask for opportunities to share His goodness to those people around me. Praise Him for His love and goodness. Hallelujah I'm in need of a kidney transplant and am hopeful that we'll find a great living donor before I need dialysis. I'm just 40 years old and have known about my disease for about the last 15 years. My brother is doing a lot of great outreach on my behalf, but I ask for prayer over the process and outcome. I'm not an Envoy member but my 12-year-old daughter and her household are. I don't identify as Christian, but I've been to several in-person services and many of you know me by name. We are planning to move to Springdale, AR in the fall. This is a huge transistion with lots of work to downsize our stuff and get our house on the market. We are feeling rather overwhelmed. It will be hard to say goodbye to friends of many years. Please pray for us to have peace and strength. Thanks. Please pray for our upcoming semester with students! That God can move powerfully in their lives, and that we can grow closer together as they grow closer to Him. Missy Joy
