Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!! I'm currently in the hospital with a total reverse shoulder joint replacement. I expect to be home by tomorrow. I've missed being there with you for the last two Sundays because of the pain I've been experiencing due to a piched nerve in my back after a failed back surgery . I've had six back surgeries. I also have a pinched nerve in both of my knees due to arthritis which has made it difficult to walk some times. I praise God for His wonderful love, care and presence. Being in the hospital gives me the wonderful opportunity to share the great love that He has for us. My wonderful daughter Jennifer has come to stay with me for awhile as I live alone. She is such a blessing. She is always singing or humming songs of praises. Hallelujah for His love and presence. Please keep Mickey in your prayers, her double mastectomy is scheduled for Thursday. I'm with my son this morning who is having surgery on his ankle. While the anesthesiologist was trying to do a nerve block, he hit a nerve with the needle two different times. Please pray that he (Chase) doesn't have any nerve damage from this. LaDonna Kuhlman will be taking her mother off life support this morning, so please keep her in your prayers. Update on daughter, Kelly - God is working. She has an appointment March 25th with a neurologist in Denver. I can't praise my Lord enough. He is so faithful. Thank everyone who continues to pray for her recovery. Although she lives in Pueblo, she wants to come to a service at Envoy once she is ready.
Update on 17 year old grandson, Tristan - the pneumonia they thought had cleared up is back. He is home and on different medications. Continued prayer for healing and that our weekly conversations about God and faith continue to encourage him to lean on the Lord. Please pray for my Mom, she fell her heart stopped and started on the way to the hospital. CT complete, waiting to see if the aneurysm is intact.
Placing her i Jesus hands now, he knows best! An update on my great niece, Cadence. The surgery went well and surgeons believed all of the brain tumor was removed. However, the post-surgery MRI shows a new condition called Leptomeningeal Disease, which is a coating spread across the surface of the brain. She will begin 3-4 weeks of radiation this week, along with PT and OT as she can tolerate it. She and her family are grateful for all continued prayers. Grandson, Tristan, cannot seem to shake the respiratory problem. May have to go back into hospital tomorrow. He had a heart transplant at 4 months old and the anti-rejection medications can cause havoc on his other organs (his heart is doing fine). Prayers the Lord will reach down and heal him from whatever this is. I thank everyone who has prayed for my daughter, Kelly, who is doing very well after her truck accident. However, she still has issues with her vision, hearing, and nose. The ENT won't do surgery on her nose and ear until he sees a neurological workup. The worker's comp doctor has referrals out to neurologists in Pueblo (where she lives), Colorado Springs, and Denver. So far, no doctor seems to want to accept the worker's comp insurance. Please pray for God to open hearts for a neurologist to accept the insurance so she can get her much needed scan and evaluation.
