My youngest brother in Titusville Florida fell last night and hospital doesn't know how he laid on floor. His kidneys and liver are failing. His wife has been in a rehab center for several months. His short term memory is very bad from when he had heart attack in Walmart couple years ago and didn't get oxygen for too long. We know he hasn't been taking care of himself.
