Here at Envoy we believe in the power of prayer. Because of this, we seek God’s guidance and direction through prayer in all that we do as a church and in all aspects of our daily lives. You are not alone in your situation! The staff, elders, and Prayer Team at Envoy are always available to call on God for those in need. Lord, I lift up adult child A.S. to You. Thank You for her life, her heart, and the new baby You’ve blessed her with. I ask that You guide her steps and her time. If she is coming here out of worry, habit, or uncertainty, bring clarity and peace to her heart. Help her feel secure in her own home and confident in her role as a wife and mother. Lord, create a healthy rhythm for our relationship. Establish loving boundaries that honor both of us. Let there be no misunderstanding, no offense, and no guilt, only peace, respect, and balance. Teach us how to love each other in a way that is healthy and sustainable. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Father, I release A.S. into Your care. She does not need to carry responsibility for me that You have not given her. Remove any false sense of obligation, worry, or pressure from her. Return her focus to her own household, her marriage, and her baby. Strengthen her bond with her husband and help her build her home with peace and stability. At the same time, Lord, guard my time, my space, and my peace. Give me wisdom and grace if I need to speak, and let my words be gentle and clear.
