I just had a message from Debi Archibald, who is in Phoenix with her mother who is dying...probably in the next day or two. Her mother had throat surgery AP 1 due to throat closing (prior cancer in her throat years ago) and has declined rapidly since.Has hardly been able to eat, drink, swallow and her dementia has gotten much worse. Debi thinks her mother must have had a little stroke Tues as things have really worsened since.She is in hospice care & nurse just came again. She would not predict timing since Debi's mother is pretty strong. Her mom is now bedfast and not answering. Debi keeps telling her to let go and be with God.
Pray for a peaceful passing and for Debi for strength to get through this. Debi has been in Phoenix most of the time since last summer when her stepfather passed away, which really started the mother on a downhill path mentally and physically. She is about 90 and wanted to stay in her home. Debi has been there so that could happen.
Praying God's mercy will take her soon.
